Ten Books on My TBR Pile

~

Because it has been a little while since I posted a book review or other book related post I thought I might write a post about the books that I'm planning on reading in the future. I have been a bit preoccupied with other interests lately and  I had planned to finish the book I am currently reading this weekend as it was a long weekend. We ended up going to the video shop instead, so reading did not happen, however I am taking a break from a few other interests so maybe I might have a little bit more time for reading now.

My TBR is an awful lot bigger than ten books, but I didn't want to be still writing this post years later. The books are all listed in the order I would like to read them (well at least for now). I think the problem with having so many interests is that you can't always have time for everything. It's always a bit of a juggle...

*If you didn't know already TBR stands for "To Be Read".

TEN BOOKS ON MY TBR PILE:

1. 'GROUNDING QUINN' BY STEPH CAMPBELL
I am currently reading this one and am quite a way through it. I don't want to reveal too much about my thoughts on this one just yet.

2. 'CURLEW ENIGMA' BY DON DOUGLAS
I plan to read this next. This book is by an Australian author. It's not the kind of book I usually read, but I thought I might try something different and give it a go.

3. 'COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES' BY SARAH J MAAS
I really enjoyed 'Throne of Glass' but I haven't read any other books in that series yet. I received this from the publisher for review.

4. 'THE RUBY CIRCLE' BY RICHELLE MEAD.
This is the last book in the 'Bloodlines' series. I will be sad for it to be over, but I am also excited to find out what happens next.

5. 'HOT SIX' BY JANET EVANOVICH
I already started this one a little while ago and I gave up on it and started something else. I would like to have another go and decide if I want to continue with the series.

6. 'THE HOUSE OF MIRTH' BY EDITH WHARTON
I also started this one a while ago. I was actually enjoying it, but it was taking me ages to read it, so I put it aside for a bit.

7. 'SMOKE AND MIRRORS' BY NEIL GAIMAN
I have been reading this anthology for a couple of years now. I pick it up every now and then and read another short story. I'd like to think I will finish it sometime soon. There isn't much left to read.

8. 'SERPENTS KISS' BY MELISSA DE LA CRUZ
This is the 2nd book in the 'Witches of East End' series. I want to know what happens next! And, also, I am debating buying the TV season on DVD.

9. 'WITHERING TIGHTS' BY LOUISE RENNISON
It looks like it will be a good laugh.

10. 'EVERY DAY' BY DAVID LEVITHAN
I have been wanting to read this for ages. I want to see if its worth all the hype.

What are you currently reading or looking forward to reading soon?

Wirthing Tights sounds like it shot be a total hoot! :)

My TBR and BIP piles are always massive, too - and you know, I wouldn't have it any other way. I love having multiple books on the go and knowing that there's a never-ending list of others that I'd enjoy curling up with. :)

Happy reading, sweet dear!
