^Zooey Deschanel and M.Ward's band SHe and Him have some great covers such as "I put a spell on you" and "dream a little dream". Also check out their new video for "Don't look back". above i have posted the video for the cover "fools rush in"

CRAFTY BOOKS:
-Artful Paper dolls by Terry Taylor
An adorable book about the history of paper dolls and techniques for crafting your own individual unconventional doll. I own this book and since reading it I have made 4 collage paperdolls much like the ones on polyvore except mine were made from actual magazine cutouts, cardstock and scraps of ribbon and lace.

-Vampire knits by Genevieve miller
A Knitting book designed to get youngsters interested in picking up the needles. Has a cute purple hooded cloak on the cover.

-100 Flowers to knit and crochet by Lesley Stanfield
A book filled with patterns for making beautiful blooms.

-p.s. I made this by Erica Domesek
I have probably mentioned this book about three times so far, but cannot help it. It's on my wishlist and i visit her site frequently for ideas. It's reallly great because it teaches you to think outside the box

Because we are getting into the cooler season in Australia it's a good idea to get into the crochet, knitting and sewing patterns so that you have something nice and warm to wear.

THIS NEXT: fancy socks

Make your own:
-Sew or glue lace/gems/sequins/diamontes onto tights
-Try dip dying or tie dying them
-cut them off at the desired length and sew on elastic.
