I don't think I've hear...Great review post. I don't think I've heard of that brand before here in Canada. A wee bit of eye shadow primer can sometimes help liner hold its vibrancy a bit better. If I really want to ensure that my black liner looks like coal, I'll apply black pencil liner then top it with liquid or gel. <br /><br />I love black liner so much.
